BEAUTY AFTERCARE
LASH EXTENSIONS
Do not get your Lash Extensions wet for 12-24 hours
The less you touch your lashes, the longer they will last
Avoid using products containing oil on your lashes and eyelids. Please check the ingredients in all products before using near your eyes
Please refrain from excessive heat and sweating. Regular exposure to heat and sweat will weaken the glues bond with your lash and result in premature lash loss. This includes heat from ovens, hairdryers etc. Heat can also cause the curling process to be reversed and the lashes to straighten, particularly with volume lashes.
If you require removal, please don't pull them out on your own as this can lead to permanent lash damage. We have products to correctly remove the lashes when needed
Sleeping on your back will help prevent lash loss or using a silk/satin pillowcase
Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full
Wash your lashes frequently to avoid build-up of natural skin oils, as these can break down the glue bond
Gently dab your lashes dry with a facecloth after washing your face, never rub them with a towel or your hands
Using mascara and eye liner on your lashes WILL have an effect on retention.
It is normal to lose 2-5 lashes per eye per day. In Autumn and Spring our hair goes through a “shed” so it is normal to lose your lashes faster during the start of these seasons. You may also find that the side you sleep on ends up more sparse than the other.

Possible side effects include: mild to moderate redness, swelling, bruising, stinging, tenderness, dry or flaking skin and temporary lightening or darkening of the skin, grey appearance over areas of thickened skin (i.e around nose)
