REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

  • All Returns are eligible for store credit only - We do not refund for change of mind.

  • Returns can be made in store, even if the item was purchased online.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition, with proof of purchase.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and clean with tags attached.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customers responsibility

  • Merchandise returned outside of the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

  • We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to refund, repair or replace if the situation arises.
